- All payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel renewal or change your subscription. If there is a billing error, feel free to contact us for a resolution.
- All our subscription plans renew automatically unless you cancel proactively at least one day before the renewal date.
- You can cancel renewal anytime, and you will have access to your purchased plan for the rest of its time.
- You can also change your plan anytime. The system will either automatically charge a prorated amount or keep any unused balance in your account for future payments. The balance is not refundable.
